In Arts and Crafts, first graders wrapped up the project Ens plantem by creating our rendition of Van Gogh's famous Sunflowers.
Each student decorated the vase for the flowers and signed it using wax crayons. We cut the flowers and painted the stems and leaves with green paint. The most exciting part was adding chia seeds as a finishing touch for the sunflowers. Lastly, we put everything together and look at the results!
We are so happy and proud of our works of art!
